Business Continuity Plan. Onsite backup generator, backup server, SATCOM deployment, Fire Protection Response, other industry-specific requirement.

Predictive Maintenance (PdM). Asset management program to include vibration analysis, infrared sweep, oil analysis, critical equipment monitoring. (Included in base lease agreement).

In-House Engineering. Assets and infrastructure designed, maintained, and value-engineered by RSGT.

Red Spruce Ground Team (RSGT). Onsite maintenance personnel, in-house engineering response team, licensed contractor(s), remote asset management and response depolyment.
Red Spruce Ground Team (RSGT) provides Tier 1 in-house engineering, technical designs, calculations, modeling, and completed drawings for all assets under management. Our in-house design and build team reduces over 20% cost to tenants in architecture and engineering services while enjoying:

Phase 2 will bring 120,000SF to 150,000SF of warehouse for future anchor tenant in need of high ceilings, significant power requirement, trucking and logistical access, and necessary Class A manufacturing assets. Red Spruce to finalize facility plan with architect, engineering, and future tenants in the coming months.

Uplink/Downlink Earth Ground Station
Development of an uplink/downlink earth ground station for satellite communication in LEO, MEO, and/or GEO. With Casco, ME strategic location, elevation, and outside of flooding/hurricane paths, our antenna gateways will be directly adjacent to the our data center for data processing, cleaning, analytics, and information dissemination.

Residential Apartment Units
Tangent investment opportunity in the residential market, Red Spruce is bringing 28 apartment units (2-bedrooms) to the market in 24Q2 as a response to a housing shortage in the Worcester County region (Mass). Plans calls for a conversion project of an abandoned school into a modern open concept apartments with high ceilings, energy efficient heating/cooling system, and washer/dryer in each unit.
